The Legal Adviser collaborates directly with the Board, delivering an expert opinion on any question or issue, even of an inquiry nature, that is submitted by the Board and carrying out any other tasks conferred upon her/him by the Board.
The mandate as Legal Adviser is conferred by the Board for a three-year period to persons who meet the requirements provided for by the Rules concerning the legal status and remuneration of the Authority’s personnel.
It identifies, in collaboration with the competent Offices, the economic, accounting and management data functional to the exercise of the Authority’s economic regulation powers and the analysis of potential demand.
It collects and organizes in a structured way, in collaboration with the ICT Office, the aforementioned data, preparing the appropriate collections and ensuring any subsequent qualitative and quantitative processing.
It defines the algorithms, also deriving from the application of the economics of behavior, to promote efficient use of infrastructures and services, increase the satisfaction of the expectations of citizens-users and ensure the correlation between costs and the quality of transport services.
