Quando e come posso inoltrare un reclamo all’Autorità di regolazione dei trasporti?

Si possono inoltrare reclami all’Autorità in caso di risposta insoddisfacente oppure, in caso di mancata risposta da parte dell’impresa di trasporto secondo le seguenti:

TEMPISTICHE
  • trascorsi 30 giorni dalla data di presentazione del reclamo all’impresa di trasporto – trasporto ferroviario
  • trascorsi 90 giorni dalla data di presentazione del reclamo all’impresa di trasporto – trasporto con autobus
  • trascorsi 60 giorni dalla data di presentazione del reclamo all’impresa di trasporto – trasporto via mare e per vie navigabili interne
MODALITA’
  • on-line, mediante il sistema di acquisizione telematica dei reclami (SiTe);
  • via posta elettronica certificata, all’indirizzo: pec@pec.autorita-trasporti.it, oppure a mezzo di raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento (all’ufficio Ufficio Diritti degli utenti dell’Autorità, Via Nizza 230 – 10126 Torino), compilando gli appositi moduli.
