By Decision No 109 of 29 July 2021 n. 109 the Transport Regulation Authority designated the members of the Advisory Board for the period 2021-2024.
The Advisory Board, set up pursuant to article 14 of the Rules on the Authority’s organisation and operation, is composed of a coordinator and up to 8 members designated among experts with proven experience in the areas falling under the Authority’s remit.
They shall advise the Board having regard, in particular, to port regulation and frontier issues in the regulation of transport.
Advisory Board members are not involved with day-to-day operation and specific issues subject to the Board’s decision.

The Advisory Board will be jointly coordinated by Prof. Thanos Pallis and Prof. Pierluigi Coppola.
Members of the Advisory Board have been designated for a three-year non-remunerated mandate and are entitled to reimbursement of any duly documented expenses incurred for travel, food and accommodation, that are functional to the fulfilment of their mandate, for an annual amount not exceeding the overall limit for advisory board members of EUR 9,000.00.
Members performing coordination functions will receive an annual gross all-inclusive individual remuneration of EUR 4,000.00.
