Conclusion of proceedings for the amendment of Measure 12 of Annex “A” to Decision No. 154/2019, initiated by Decision No. 210/2020.
Decision No. 113/2021 of 29 July 2021 provided for the replacement of Measure 12, Annex 3 and, for the purpose of coordination, the definitions referred to in letters (o), (cc) and (dd) of Decision No. 154/2019. The aforementioned amendments entered into force on 29 July 2021 and shall apply, in accordance with the provisions under point 2 of Decision No. 210/2020, as from the 1st of January 2022.
