If you intend to submit a complaint, preferably use the online complaint submission system (Sistema di Acquisizione Telematica dei Reclami, SiTe).

Alternatively, you may file your complaint through the following forms:

• for rail transport

•  for bus and coach transport
  • Complaint form – Rights of passengers in bus and coach transport under Regulation (EU) No 181/2011

• for transport by sea and inland waterway

If you intend to submit commitments as part of the sanctioning proceedings under the Authority’s remit

For the purpose of submission of commitments, the parties may use the form for governed by Articles 8 and 9 of the rules of procedure for the conduct of sanctioning proceedings under the Authority’s remit, approved by Decision No 15/2014 of 27 February 2014, as amended by Decision No 57/2015 of 22 July 2015.

The form (which is also made available in word format) must be filled in, saved in pdf/A format and sent to the following CEM address: pec@pec.autorita-trasporti.it.

Any personal data acquired by the Transport Regulation Authority will be used for the purpose of carrying out the activities delegated to it by the rules of procedure for the conduct of sanctioning proceedings within the Authority’s remit, approved by Decision No 15/2014 of 27 February 2014, as amended by Decision No 57/2015 of 22 July 2015, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
