Guarantor of Ethics

The Guarantor of Ethics delivers opinions, including in relation to practical cases concerning the interpretation of the provisions of the Code of Ethics adopted by the Board.

By decision no. 147/2018 of 28 December 2018 the Board designated Prof. Pippo Ranci Ortigosa as Guarantor of Ethics of the Transport Regulation Authority as from 10 January 2019 with a three-year mandate.
