Methodologies and criteria to ensure the efficient management of regional rail transport services – Decision No 120/2018

With Decision no. 120/2018 of 29 November 2018, the Transport Regulatory Authority approved methodologies and criteria o ensure the efficient management of regional rail transport services. Attachment A to resolution no. 120/2018 contains the aforementioned regulatory measures.

On 27 January 2023, with Decision no. 15/2023, in Annex A to Decision no. 120/2018 the following changes were made:

• points 4.1.a) and 5.1.a), of Measure 2, the words “15 days” are replaced by the following: “30 days”;
• point 7 of Measure 2, the words “45 days” are replaced by the following: “60 days”;
• point 12 of Measure 4 is replaced by the following: “12. The auditing company or the statutory auditor is identified at the expense and care of the FI, on the basis of adequate requirements of professionalism and independence”.
