The reservation service allows airport managing bodies to schedule hearings as required under Directive 2009/12/EC, Legislative Decree No 1/2012, and the regulation set forth in ART’s Decisions No. 92/2017 and No. 38/2023.
To enable the broadest participation of users and other stakeholders, while referring to the note sent on 21 April 2023 to all airport managing bodies open to commercial traffic, airport managing companies should implement the most appropriate coordination processes, including with the support of their associations.
Instructions to access the service
To apply for the reservation service, you shall identify through SPID (public digital identity system) or CIE (electronic identity card). Upon the first access, please click on “Register your company to access the dedicated online services”, entering the tax code of the relevant airport managing body, and the token received by the CEM whereby the Authority communicated the availability of the service.
