Access to administrative files

Access to files may be requested to the Authority by the parties directly concerned or their delegates by filling in the following form:

This form shall be duly completed and sent to: pec@pec.autorita-trasporti.it.

Note: the fee due, as set by the Authority, can be paid by the pagoPA service which is accessible through the web interface available at this link, which allows to carry out payments:

• online with the Pay function;
• by payment notice, generated by the “Print and Pay” function and payable through both physical and online bank channels and other payment service providers (PSPs), such as:
  • at a bank branch;
  • by accessing the PSP’s home banking (using the CBILL circuit or PagoPA system);
  • at authorised ATMs;
  • at authorised points of sale of Mooney, Lottomatica and Banca 5;
  • at the post office.
