The Legal Adviser collaborates directly with the Board, delivering an expert opinion on any question or issue, even of an inquiry nature, that is submitted by the Board and carrying out any other tasks conferred upon her/him by the Board.
The mandate as Legal Adviser is conferred by the Board for a three-year period to persons who meet the requirements provided for by the Rules concerning the legal status and remuneration of the Authority’s personnel.
By Decision no. 119/2024 of 1 August 2024, the Board appointed Counsellor Antonio Agostini as Legal Adviser of the Transport Regulation Authority as of 2 September 2024 with a three-year mandate.
