Conducting surveillance activities within the Authority’s remit, including initiating related sanctioning, prescriptive or precautionary procedures.
Planning and coordinating inspections and controls at operators’ premises, including those requested by other offices, preparing the necessary documentation for surveillance and control activities, and drafting reports on the activities performed following the verifications.
Managing sanctioning, prescriptive, and precautionary procedures with full autonomy, including conducting preliminary inquiries (except in cases specified in Article 28 (2) of the Rules concerning the Authority’s organization and operation), and ensuring the proper notification of related decisions.
