Developing measures to ensure equitable and non-discriminatory access to airport infrastructure and motorway networks. In collaboration with the directorate for Access to railway and port infrastructure, this includes measures related to the mobility of passengers and freight at national, local and urban levels, including connections to stations, airports, and ports.
In coordination with the directorate Market monitoring, regulatory model validation, data collection and processing, setting the criteria for determining tariffs, charges, and tolls related to the use of airport and motorway infrastructure, taking into account production efficiency and cost containment for users, businesses and consumers.
With the support of the directorate for Legal Affairs and Litigation, preparing the concession schemes for the construction and/or management of motorway infrastructure, as well as tender schemes to be adopted by motorway concessionaires.
Analysing and monitoring of the impact of acts, activities, and measures within its remit, and reporting quarterly to the Board on the outcomes of these activities.
