Measures concerning the minimum rights, including compensation, that may be claimed by users from motorway concessionaires and operators of services provided in the service areas of motorway networks – referred to in Decision No 132/2024, as amended by Decision No 211/2025

By Decision No 132/2024 of 27 September 2024, the Transport Regulation Authority approved the Measures concerning the minimum rights, including compensation, that may be claimed by users from motorway concessionaires and operators of services provided in services areas of motorway networks.

By Decision No 211/2025 of 2 December 2025, the Transport Regulation Authority introduced Measures 8-bis and 8-ter and the related Attachment 1 into Annex “A” to Decision No 132/2024, and made the resulting specific amendments to Measures 2, 3, 4, 5, 8 and 14 of that Annex.

• consolidated text of Annex “A” to Decision No 132/2024, in force since 27 September 2024, as amended by Decision No 211/2025;
• Attachment 1 to Annex “A” to Decision No 132/2024, approved by Decision No 211/2025.
