By Decision No. 183/2024 of 6 December 2024, approved by Prime Minister’s decree of 4 February 2025 in the consolidated text incorporating the additions approved by Decision No. 1/2025 of 9 January 2025, and published on 19 February 2025, as supplemented by Resolution No. 24/2025 of 17 March 2025 of the Secretary-General, the Authority established the contribution rate for 2025 and the relevant reporting and payment procedures.

Pursuant to the aforementioned decision, the contribution for the operation of the Transport Regulation Authority for 2025 is 0.45 (zero point forty-five) per thousand of the turnover resulting from the latest financial statements approved on 19 February 2025, i.e. the date of publication of Decision No. 183/2024.
