In caso di negato imbarco per motivi legati alla sua disabilità o mobilità ridotta, il passeggero in possesso di regolare prenotazione che ha notificato al vettore le sue esigenze di assistenza, ha diritto a scegliere tra:
il diritto al rimborso del costo del biglietto entro sette giorni;
un trasporto alternativo, quest’ultimo subordinato al rispetto degli obblighi in materia di sicurezza.
