On the occasion of the Plenary Assembly of the Independent Regulators’ Group-Rail (IRG-Rail), which took place on the 17th and 18th of November 2020, the representatives of the regulatory bodies from EU countries welcomed the new President of the Italian Transport Regulation Authority, Nicola Zaccheo.

IRG-Rail is the international network that brings together rail transport regulatory bodies from 31 countries in geographical Europe. The network aims to promote and develop dialogue with EU institutions to create a single, competitive, efficient, and sustainable railway area in Europe.
