By Decision No 74 of 6 June 2017 the Transport Regulation Authority set up an Advisory Board with advisory functions to the Authority.
The Advisory Board, set up pursuant to article 8 of the Rules on the Authority’s organisation and operation is composed of six members designated among University professors and legal, economic and engineering experts.
They shall develop analyses and studies on strategic and methodological issues to be addressed by the Authority.
In no case is the Board involved in dealing with specific issues subject to the Board’s decision.
The members of the Advisory Board are:
For the first 18 months of activity, the coordination of the board will be ensured jointly by Dr. Ginevra Bruzzone and Prof. Chris Nash.
Members of the Advisory Board have a three-year non-remunerated mandate. They are required to sign a declaration on potential conflicts of interest which may be contrary to their designation.
