{"id":55203,"date":"2024-03-12T14:45:15","date_gmt":"2024-03-12T13:45:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/?page_id=55203"},"modified":"2024-03-12T14:47:55","modified_gmt":"2024-03-12T13:47:55","slug":"pagopa","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/pagopa\/","title":{"rendered":"pagoPA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The<strong> pagoPA<\/strong> digital platform allows citizens and businesses to make any payments to public administrations and managers of public utility services in a more natural, modern and faster way.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>pagoPA<\/strong> system allows citizens and businesses to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>choose your payment service provider (PSP);<\/li>\n<li>choose between multiple payment tools;<\/li>\n<li>choose your preferred technological payment channel;<\/li>\n<li>know the maximum costs of the operation in advance;<\/li>\n<li>have assurance that the payment amount is correct;<\/li>\n<li>immediately obtain a release receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The <strong>pagoPA<\/strong> payment system adopted by the Authority is extended to all services, pursuant to Article 5 of Legislative Decree No 82 of 7 March 2005.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>pagoPA<\/strong> service can be reached through the web interface available at this <a href=\"https:\/\/autorita-trasporti.servizi-pa-online.it\/\">link<\/a> that allows payment:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>online with the <strong>Pay<\/strong> function;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>by payment notice, generated with the <strong>Print and Pay<\/strong> function and payable through both physical and online channels of banks and other PSPs, such as:\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>at<strong> bank<\/strong> <strong>agencie<\/strong>s<strong>;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li>using the <strong>home banking <\/strong>of the PSP<strong> (CBILL <\/strong>or<strong> pagoPA<\/strong> logos<strong>);\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>at banks\u2019 authorised<strong> ATMs;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>at points of sale of<strong> Mooney, Lottomatica <\/strong>and <strong>Banca 5;\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>at <strong>post offices.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pagopa.gov.it\/it\/pagopa\/\"><strong>pagoPA<\/strong><\/a> (source:\u202f<a href=\"https:\/\/www.agid.gov.it\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agenzia per l\u2019Italia Digitale<\/a>).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"color: #479dd1;\"><strong>PLEASE NOTE\u00a0<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Payments due to the Transport Regulation Authority<\/strong> are exclusively related to:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>annual contribution to the operation of the Authority;<\/li>\n<li>administrative penalties imposed by the Authority;<\/li>\n<li>fees due as a result of requests for access to administrative documents;<\/li>\n<li>other payments in response to a specific request from the Authority.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case of payment of <strong>amounts not due<\/strong> or paid in excess, it is possible to submit to the Authority, within the fifth year following that in which the payment was made, a reasoned request for reimbursement, accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation and including the IBAN on which the amounts to be reimbursed must be credited.<\/p>\n<p><em>Please note that the payment of licensing documents for the use of motor vehicles, motorcycles, vessels (e.g. <\/em><em>licences<\/em><em>) must be made to other competent authorities.<\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The pagoPA digital platform allows citizens and businesses to make any payments to public administrations and managers of public utility services in a more natural, modern and faster way.
