At the same time, the campaign was launched on ART\u2019s website and social channels (<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ART_Trasporti\">Twitter<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/company\/autorita-di-regolazione-dei-trasporti\">LinkedIn<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/channel\/UCjgvXOT0-8rNKoI4n3tzSsg\">YouTube<\/a>).<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #479dd1;\"><strong>Content of the messages<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">In the event of disservices, passengers wishing to lodge a complaint shall in the first place contact the transport company. If the latter does not react or reacts in an unsatisfactory manner, passengers may file their complaint to the Transport Regulation Authority.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #479dd1;\"><strong>Communication products:\u00a0TV and radio spots<\/strong><\/span><\/h5>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">An original and effective concept was chosen for TV spots to be able to capture the viewers\u2019 attention and arouse their interest in deepening their awareness of passengers\u2019 rights.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">For this purpose, it was decided to portray an allegorical world in which passenger children, unaware of their rights when facing problematic travel situations, discover that they have the <em>\u201c<\/em>authority<em>\u201c \u00a0<\/em>to protect themselves and be protected.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 40px;\">That\u2019s why the campaign claim reads: \u201cWhen you travel, don&#8217;t feel <em>small<\/em>.
