It adopts regulatory acts within the Authority\u2019s remit, as well as measures related to its organization and operation. The Board typically meets weekly at the Authority\u2019s headquarters.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"P68B1DB1-Normale2\" style=\"text-indent: 0cm; line-height: 18.0pt; background: white; margin: 0cm 0cm 17.25pt 0cm;\"><span lang=\"EN-GB\">The Board is composed of the President and two Members, who are designated, with due consideration for gender balance, among persons of high ethical standards, independence, and recognized expertise in the Authority\u2019s areas of responsibility. They are designated by the Council of Ministers upon proposal of the competent Minister, and are appointed by the President of the Republic.
