{"id":31272,"date":"2018-07-23T13:13:33","date_gmt":"2018-07-23T11:13:33","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/?post_type=cpt_regolamento&#038;p=31272"},"modified":"2023-03-02T17:54:16","modified_gmt":"2023-03-02T16:54:16","slug":"protection-of-passengers-rights-transport-by-sea-and-inland-waterway","status":"publish","type":"cpt_regolamento","link":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/regolamenti\/protection-of-passengers-rights-transport-by-sea-and-inland-waterway\/","title":{"rendered":"Protection of passengers\u2019 rights \u2013 Transport by sea and inland waterway"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>&#8220;Rules&#8221; on sanctioning proceeding for infringements of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1177\/2010 of the European Parliament and of <\/strong><strong>the Council concerning the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway and amending Regulation (EC) No <\/strong><strong>2006\/2004<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>On 15 October 2015 the Transport Regulation Authority adopted a set of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/regolamenti\/protection-of-passengers-rights-transport-by-sea-and-inland-waterway\/?lang=en\">&#8220;Rules&#8221; and a &#8220;Complaint form&#8221;<\/a> for the assessment of infringements and the imposition of penalties provided for by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/atto\/serie_generale\/caricaDettaglioAtto\/originario?atto.dataPubblicazioneGazzetta=2015-08-19&amp;amp;atto.codiceRedazionale=15G00144&amp;amp;elenco30giorni=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Legislative decree<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.gazzettaufficiale.it\/atto\/serie_generale\/caricaDettaglioAtto\/originario?atto.dataPubblicazioneGazzetta=2015-08-19&amp;amp;atto.codiceRedazionale=15G00144&amp;amp;elenco30giorni=true\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">No 129 of 29 July 2015<\/a> implementing the legislation on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/passengers-rights-trasporto-via-mare-e-per-vie-navigabili-interne\/?lang=en\">passengers\u2019 rights in the transport by sea and inland waterway<\/a> under <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/normativa\/regulation-eu-no-1177-2010\/?lang=en\">Regulation (EU) No 1177\/2010<\/a> amending (EC) Regulation No 2006\/2004.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/passengers-rights-trasporto-via-mare-e-per-vie-navigabili-interne\/?lang=en\">The &#8220;Rules&#8221; ensure that, also when travelling by sea and inland waterway, passengers enjoy a high level of protection, similar to that provided for other transport modes (e.g. by rail and by bus)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The &#8220;Rules&#8221; on &#8220;Sanctioning proceeding for infringements of the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1177\/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning the rights of passengers when travelling by sea and inland waterway and amending Regulation (EC) No 2006\/2004&#8221; was approved by Decision No 86\/2015, and amended by Decision 235\/2022.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false},"taxonomy_anno":[208],"taxonomy_categoria":[221,228],"taxonomy_settore":[214],"taxonomy_tag_cloud":[],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_regolamento\/31272"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_regolamento"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/cpt_regolamento"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_regolamento\/31272\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":31300,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/cpt_regolamento\/31272\/revisions\/31300"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=31272"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"taxonomy_anno","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomy_anno?post=31272"},{"taxonomy":"taxonomy_categoria","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomy_categoria?post=31272"},{"taxonomy":"taxonomy_settore","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomy_settore?post=31272"},{"taxonomy":"taxonomy_tag_cloud","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/taxonomy_tag_cloud?post=31272"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
