A courtesy translation of the regulatory measures is available below.<\/em><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container F0azHf tw-nfl\" tabindex=\"0\">\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">With Decision no. 120\/2018 of 29 November 2018, the Transport Regulatory Authority approved methodologies and criteria o ensure the efficient management of regional rail transport services. Attachment A to resolution no. 120\/2018 contains the aforementioned regulatory measures. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">On 27 January 2023, <strong>with Decision no. 15\/2023, in Annex A to Decision no. 120\/2018 the following changes were made<\/strong>: <\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">points 4.1.a) and 5.1.a), of Measure 2, the words &#8220;15 days&#8221; are replaced by the following: &#8220;30 days&#8221;; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">point 7 of Measure 2, the words &#8220;45 days&#8221; are replaced by the following: &#8220;60 days&#8221;; <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduzione\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">point 12 of Measure 4 is replaced by the following: \u201c12.
