{"id":36293,"date":"2019-09-23T12:14:53","date_gmt":"2019-09-23T10:14:53","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/?post_type=cpt_misura_reg&#038;p=36293"},"modified":"2019-09-29T15:54:18","modified_gmt":"2019-09-29T13:54:18","slug":"regulatory-measures-for-equitable-and-non-discriminatory-access-to-railway-infrastructures","status":"publish","type":"cpt_misura_reg","link":"https:\/\/www.autorita-trasporti.it\/en\/misura-di-regolazione\/regulatory-measures-for-equitable-and-non-discriminatory-access-to-railway-infrastructures\/","title":{"rendered":"Regulatory measures for equitable and non-discriminatory access to railway infrastructures &#8211; Decisions No 70\/2014 and 140\/2016"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The regulatory measures concern the equitable and non-discriminatory access to railway infrastructures, which cover, inter alia:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\">\n<li>framework agreements,<\/li>\n<li>capacity allocation,<\/li>\n<li>disrupted traffic management,<\/li>\n<li>clearing of infrastructure,<\/li>\n<li>effects of the failure to conclude contracts and\/or to use paths,<\/li>\n<li>performance regime,<\/li>\n<li>conditions of access to services,<\/li>\n<li>persons with reduced mobility,<\/li>\n<li>allocation of advertising space,<\/li>\n<li>information desks,<\/li>\n<li>areas for the supply of automated customer services,<\/li>\n<li>shunting operations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These measures have been supplemented by later decisions, e.g. Decision No. 96\/2015.<\/p>\n<p>By Decision No 140\/2016 of 30 November 2016, the Authority issued guidelines and requirements relating to the 2018 NS.
